“Why Me?” in Chinese | NEW HSK 20 Useful Phrases
1. 我快撑不住了。
(wǒ kuài chēng bú zhù le) / I can’t hold on anymore.
• 再撑一下下。 (zài chēng yíxiàxia) / Just hang in a little longer.
• 再撑一下就没事了。 (zài chēng yíxià jiù méi shì le) / A little more and you’ll be fine.
2. 为什么偏偏是我?
(wèi shéme piānpiān shì wǒ) / Why does it have to be me?
• 为什么每次都是我? (wèi shéme měi cì dōu shì wǒ) / Why is it always me?
• 怎么又是我? (zěnme yòu shì wǒ) / Why me again?
3. 我真的累了。
(wǒ zhēn de lèi le) / I’m really tired.
• 我累坏了。 (wǒ lèi huài le) / I’m exhausted.

7. 好不容易有空。
(hǎo bù róng yì yǒu kòng) / I finally have some time.

• 好不容易安静下来。 (hǎo bù róng yì ānjìng xiàlái) / It finally got quiet.
8. 怎么又出问题了?
(zěnme yòu chū wèntí le) / Why is there a problem again?
• 怎么又坏掉了? (zěnme yòu huài diào le) / Why is it broken again?
• 你怎么又忘了? (nǐ zěnme yòu wàng le) / How did you forget again?
9. 我不想勉强自己。
(wǒ bù xiǎng miǎnqiǎng zìjǐ) / I don’t want to force myself.
• 不要勉强。 (bú yào miǎnqiǎng) / Don’t push yourself.
• 随便你。 (suíbiàn nǐ) / Do whatever works for you.
10. 我只能接受。
(wǒ zhǐ néng jiēshòu) / I just have to accept it.
• 没办法,就是这样。 (méi bànfǎ, jiù shì zhèyàng) / There’s nothing we can do.
• 只能先这样。 (zhǐ néng xiān zhèyàng) / This is the best we can do for now.
11. 我累到动不了。
(wǒ lèi dào dòng bù liǎo) / I’m too tired to move.
• 我现在真的没力气。 (wǒ xiànzài zhēn de méi lìqi) / I really don’t have any energy left.
• 我需要休息一下。 (wǒ xūyào xiūxi yíxià) / I need to rest.
12. 我有点不舒服。
(wǒ yǒu diǎn bù shūfu) / I don’t feel well.
• 我不太舒服。 (wǒ bú tài shūfu) / I’m not feeling very well.
• 我心情不好。 (wǒ xīnqíng bù hǎo) / I’m not in a good mood.

14. 再一下下就好。
(zài yíxiàxia jiù hǎo) / Just a little more.
• 再撑一下下。 (zài chēng yíxiàxia) / Hang in there.
• 快好了。 (kuài hǎo le) / Almost done.
15. 一步一步来。
(yí bù yí bù lái) / Step by step.
• 慢慢来,也没关系。 (mànman lái, yě méi guānxi) / Take your time. It’s okay.
• 不急,我等你。 (bù jí, wǒ děng nǐ) / No rush, I’ll wait.
16. 别担心,我在。
(bié dānxīn, wǒ zài) / Don’t worry, I’m here.
• 一切都会好起来的。 (yíqiè dōu huì hǎo qǐlái de) / Everything will be okay.
• 你已经做得很好了。 (nǐ yǐjīng zuò de hěn hǎo le) / You’re doing great.
17. 我选择带着恐惧一起走。
(wǒ xuǎnzé dàizhe kǒngjù yìqǐ zǒu) / I choose to move forward even with fear.
• 我会继续走下去。 (wǒ huì jìxù zǒu xiàqù) / I’ll keep going.
• 我不会放弃。 (wǒ bú huì fàngqì) / I won’t give up.
18. 活着,就是希望。
(huózhe, jiùshì xīwàng) / Being alive is hope.
• 有家人在,就是幸福。 (yǒu jiārén zài, jiùshì xìngfú) / Having family is happiness.
• 能呼吸,就是恩典。 (néng hūxī, jiùshì ēndiǎn) / Being able to breathe is grace.

(yíqiè dōu huì hǎo qǐlái de) / Everything will get better.
• 事情会越来越好。 (shìqing huì yuèláiyuè hǎo) / Things will get better.
• 相信自己。 (xiāngxìn zìjǐ) / Believe in yourself.
